Abstract
⺠We developed a modified organometallic method for synthesis of high-quality alloyed near-infrared CdTexSe1âx quantum dots. ⺠Worm-like Au nanoparticles film was prepared. ⺠The alloyed quantum dots coupled with Au nanoparticles exhibited significant photoluminescence enhancement.
