Abstract
⺠D-Er2Si2O7 was prepared by solid state reaction method. ⺠Structural analysis is carried out by XRD, SEM and EDX. ⺠The dc conductivity is measured as a function of temperature. ⺠Dielectric characterization is made as a function of frequency and temperature. ⺠The possible conduction mechanism in both the dc and ac regimes is discussed.
