Abstract
⺠We calculate the electronic states of a silicon vacancy by an ab initio method. ⺠The electric quadrupole moments strongly depend on sizes simulated. ⺠The quadrupole moments estimated for infinite size indicate enhanced values. ⺠The ratio of two quadrupole moments is consistent with an experimental result.
