Abstract
We reported the structural and magnetic properties characterizations of Si1âxCoxC (0.0016â¤xâ¤0.0347). X-ray diffraction and transmission electron microscopy analysis showed the highly-crystalline single-phase Si1âxCoxC (0.0016â¤xâ¤0.0347) samples were obtained. The measurement of magnetic properties showed that the typical room temperature ferromagnetic orders were established. It was speculated that the complex effects were responsible for the long-range magnetic properties of Si1âxCoxC (0.0016â¤xâ¤0.0347).
