Abstract
We report the first spectroscopic (NMR) evidences of macroscopic orientation of benzene in C60â
4C6H6 solvate at room temperature. Unusually strong transcient oscillations have been observed in proton-carbon cross-polarization and cross-polarization inversion experiments for a static sample. This provides detailed geometrical information about macroscopically oriented benzene in C60 solvate.
