Abstract
In this work an empirical model is shown relating electrical transport to process features in OLED with ITO anode in a high applied electrical field condition. The model allows controlling device electrical behaviour tuning chemical–physical ITO properties during the fabrication process. Proportionality relationships are found between the model coefficients and the total and disperse ITO surface energy. A proof of the proposed model is given applying it on other experimental data given in the literature obtaining an agreement with the model.
