Abstract
The growth mechanism of Pb1−xFexS nanoparticle films in chemical deposition is discussed. Grain growth for the Pb1−xFexS films with increasing temperature of the chemical bath is observed to be due to the phenomenon of coalescence and formation of bigger particles at higher pH is possibly due to aggregation.
