Abstract
⺠The NiAl-Cr(Nb)/Dy alloy was fabricated by rapid solidification and treated by HIP. ⺠Rapid solidification refines the microstructure and precipitates significantly. ⺠The HIP treatment sphere the Cr2Nb precipitates and blunts their tip. ⺠HIP treatment also leads to some movable dislocations in the matrix. ⺠Rapid solidification and HIP treatment improve the mechanical properties greatly.
