Abstract
⺠Monte Carlo simulations to study the formation of Cu-Al amorphous alloy. ⺠A favored composition range of 17-73 at.% Al for amorphous alloy formation. ⺠Cu50Al50 alloy has the maximum driving force to amorphize. ⺠Voronoi analyses reveal the atomic configuration of Cu50Al50 amorphous alloy.
