Changes of the microstructure and the electrical resistivity under severe deformation of the Cu-40 at % Pd alloy ordered after the B2 type have been studied. The ordered phase has been found to be highly stable. It has been shown that a nanocrystalline disordered structure (the A1 type) with crystallites less than 100 nm in size is formed under severe plastic deformation (ε ≈ 6.5) in the whole volume of the sample. Further deformation to ε ≈ 7.5 has led to the formation of highly dispersed crystallites about 5 nm in size having an unknown structure.
