Abstract
⺠Master sintering curves are used to analyze densification of three tungsten alloys. ⺠Apparent activation energies are used to determine roles of diffusion mechanisms. ⺠Grain boundary diffusion contributes more to densification for W-Ni-Cu than for W-Ni-Fe. ⺠Grain boundary diffusion is significant for W-Cu after liquid phase formation. ⺠A master sintering surface is developed for tungsten alloys with varying solubilities.
