Abstract
⺠W-Cu composite is obtained with excellent mechanical properties at low temperature. ⺠The maximum strength of W-Cu composite was 946 MPa. ⺠There was a diffusion layer between the W and Cu interface. ⺠The fracture way of composite transformed from W particles fell to Cu ductile.
