Abstract
âºA novel method has been developed for synthesizing nano-sized TiB2 powder using TiO2, B2O3 and Si powders. ⺠Single phase TiB2 was obtained in 50 h milled sample after calcination at 1300 °C. ⺠The mean particle size of TiB2 phase was found to be 30 nm.
