Abstract
⺠Super-high speed polishing is a very attractive method due to the low equipment cost and high material removal rate. ⺠The material removal rate could reach to 36-51 μm/h under proper condition during the super-high speed polishing. ⺠The preliminary result reveals a great potential for commercializing.
