Abstract
⺠The effect of MgO particle sizes on ZTA-MgO cutting inserts was studied. ⺠Addition of nano additives improve wear performance of the ZTA-MgO cutting inserts. ⺠Wear performance of ZTA-MgO cutting inserts were influenced by several factors. ⺠Fine MgO particle size is vital to produced high performance ZTA-MgO cutting inserts.
