Abstract
⺠TiC based preforms have been prepared using anionic and cationic polyelectrolytes. ⺠Both dispersant types have been compared on the same TiC powder for the first time. ⺠Suspensions were characterised using sedimentation, zeta potential and rheology tests. ⺠Appropriate processing conditions are outlined for the use of both types of dispersant.
