Abstract
High-quality (111)-orientated CdTe thin films are grown on highly mismatched SrTiO3 (001) substrates by molecular beam epitaxy (MBE). Atomic flat surface is achieved when the thickness of the CTELs is below â¼40Â nm. A full width at half maximum of â¼110 arcsec is yielded when the thickness of the CTELs is beyond â¼100Â nm. Four types of domains appear in the CTELs.253
