Abstract
Introduction of hydrogen to Fe90M10 (M: Zr and Sc) amorphous materials is found to be effective in significantly enhancing peak magnetic entropy change (|ÎSmpk|) and simultaneously tuning Curie temperature to room temperature. This work makes introduction of small atoms in Fe-based soft magnetic glasses intriguing as it may provide an effective approach for realizing the soft magnetic amorphous systems with large refrigerant capacity for room-temperature application.324
