Abstract
Fe3O4 polyhedrons enclosed by different area proportions of {100}/{111} facets were synthesized by effectively tuning reaction temperature and time length thanks to the characteristic absorption of oleic acid molecules on their crystal facets, which then exhibited intriguing plane-dependent electrochemical performance as high-rate anode materials for lithium-ion batteries.237
