Abstract
The green emission of Eu2+ was greatly enhanced by Mn2+, Ba0.88Eu0.06Mn0.06Si3O4N2 has QE up to 60% and the luminescence intensity still remains 92% at 200 °C compared to the initial intensity at 50 °C. The corresponding white LEDs exhibit high Ra (98), low color temperature (3600 K), and favorable analogous solar emission spectra simultaneously.179
