Abstract
- The average surface roughness changes with oxygen partial pressure (PO).
- The films are composed of Co0, Co2+, Ti3+, Ti4+ and O2â ions, and small Co grains appear.
- The saturation magnetization decreases with the increase of PO.
- Magnetoresistance saturates at 10 kOe, and satisfies a relation of log MR = C log T.
