Abstract
Structure changes in Fe75Mo2.5Mn2.5Si6B14 amorphous alloy at heating within temperature range of 293-878 K have been studied by means of high-temperature X-ray diffraction method. Intensity curves and main structure parameters estimated from them are analyzed. It is shown that nanocrystallization starts from formation of clusters, size of which as well as a density and volume fraction notably depend on temperature.
