Abstract
- Two different TiO2 nano-tubes arrays were fabricated through anodic oxidization.
- Different electrolytes could result in different nano-tubes with morphology.
- The relationship between morphology and activity of TNTAs was investigated.
- TNTAs-NH4F exhibited higher OCP, photovoltage and photo-convention efficiency.
- Highly ordered structure favors the separation of photoinduced charge carriers.
