Abstract
► Highly conductive TiN was coated on the surface of LiFePO4/C. ► TiN modification effectively improved the discharge capacity and cycle performance. ► C and TiN co-coating layer remarkably alleviated the charge transfer impedance. ► The co-coating layer of C and TiN enhanced the Li-ion diffusion coefficient.
