Abstract
⺠Remelting can improve the GFA of Fe78Si9B13 alloy. ⺠Fe23B6 phase preferentially forms in annealed ribbons spun from the remelted ingots. ⺠Lattice parameter a0 of α-Fe shows heredity between ingots and annealed ribbons. ⺠Heredity phenomenon is associated with the Fe23B6 structural units in the melts.
