Abstract
⺠LRH nanoflakes were obtained for Y/Gd/Eu ternary system. ⺠nanoplate and nanoparticle forms of (Y0.95âxGdxEu0.05)2O3 red phosphors were derived from LRHs. ⺠Gd3+-Eu3+ energy transfer was observed. ⺠optical properties have been correlated to particle morphology and structural features.
