Abstract
⺠Rapid microwave sintering of Ti alloy/TiC porous composite was achieved. ⺠Sintering was completed within 2 min. ⺠Sintering was performed without using any protective gas environment. ⺠Microstructure and mechanical properties of the composite were reported. ⺠The composite can potentially be used as a dental implant material.
