Abstract
► SrTiO3/TiO2 with an enhanced photovoltaic response was synthesized. ► The energy levels of TiO2 and SrTiO3 in the composite are matching. ► SrTiO3/TiO2 presents a decreased recombination rate of photogenerated carriers. ► Improved separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers induces enhancement.
