Abstract
⺠SrTiO3/TiO2 with an enhanced photovoltaic response was synthesized. ⺠The energy levels of TiO2 and SrTiO3 in the composite are matching. ⺠SrTiO3/TiO2 presents a decreased recombination rate of photogenerated carriers. ⺠Improved separation efficiency of photogenerated carriers induces enhancement.
