Abstract
⺠ZrO2 films were deposited by sol-gel method. ⺠Crystal structures of the films were tuned by different thermal annealing methods. ⺠The refractive indices vary with the crystal structures of the films. ⺠Lattice-mismatch was found to reduce the refractive index of ZrO2 films.
