Abstract
⺠LiF can effectively reduce the sintering temperature of Li2TiO3 ceramics to 950 °C. ⺠LiF was uniformly distributed in the matrix, and continuous solid solution formed. ⺠Li2TiO3 ceramics with 2.5 wt.% LiF sintered at 950 °C possessed very high Q Ã f value. ⺠The low-temperature sintering ceramics are compatible with Ag electrodes.
