Abstract
► Three dielectric relaxations were observed of Sr3CuNb2O9 ceramics. ► The low-temperature relaxation is a Maxwell-Wagner relaxation. ► The middle-temperature relaxation was caused by the ordering of oxygen vacancies. ► The high-temperature relaxation was associated with the conductivity.
