Abstract
⺠Three dielectric relaxations were observed of Sr3CuNb2O9 ceramics. ⺠The low-temperature relaxation is a Maxwell-Wagner relaxation. ⺠The middle-temperature relaxation was caused by the ordering of oxygen vacancies. ⺠The high-temperature relaxation was associated with the conductivity.
