Abstract
⺠Kissinger's formula is used to calculate the activation energy of crystallization. ⺠The 3000 Ã
-thick of as-deposited CoFeB film forms a crystalline state easily. ⺠The post-annealing 150 °C and 250 °C have a good due to magneto anisotropy. ⺠The stronger crystallization has a lower surface energy and weaker adhesion.
