Abstract
⺠Crystallinity and grain size of film was enhanced with annealing temperature. ⺠Reduced lattice spacing has induced compressive stress in field-annealed films. ⺠Coercivity and saturation magnetization values were increased with enhanced crystallinity of film. ⺠FMR frequency had shifted from 0.85 to 1.81 GHz with annealing temperature increment.
