Abstract
⺠pH dependent sol-gel derived polycrystalline Zn1âxMnxO films. ⺠The films with pH of 4.6 show blue shift whilst the films with pH of 7.5 show red shift. ⺠The films with pH of 4.6 have room temperature ferromagnetism whilst the films with pH of 7.5 have paramagnetism.
