Abstract
⺠The Bi4Ti3O12 ceramic with grain sizes from 4.2 μm to 0.28 μm were prepared. ⺠Large leakage current of it can be solved by reducing grain size. ⺠The piezoelectric properties of it have a strong dependence on the grain size. ⺠The thermal stability is decreased with decreasing of the grain size.
