Abstract
⺠(1 â x)BaTiO3-xBi(Zn0.5Zr0.5)O3 ceramics were synthesized. ⺠A systematic structural change was observed near x = 0.07 and x = 0.4. ⺠A change from a normal ferroelectric behavior to diffusive and dispersive relaxor-like characteristic was also observed. ⺠(1 â x)BT-xBZZ ceramics show good dielectric temperature stability over a wide temperature range.
