Abstract
⺠Developed microstructure-property relationships for Ti-6Cr-5Mo-5V-4Al alloy. ⺠Optimized the heat treatment to obtain good balance of strength and ductility. ⺠The strength of the alloy can be hardened to 1600 MPa by direct aging. ⺠Provided quantitative data for the selection of property and microstructure.
