Abstract
⺠Dynamics of charge particle is probed using impedance spectroscopic technique. ⺠Total conductivity shows three different regions with different activation energy. ⺠Scaling behaviour of the system explains the ion dynamics in these three regions. ⺠Dielectric relaxation is clearly observed in the dielectric measurement data. ⺠Structural characterization is done using Raman, FTIR, UV, XRD and SEM techniques.
