Abstract
⺠High dielectric tunability and low loss were obtained in Pb[(Mg1/3Nb2/3)1âxZrx]O3. ⺠The high temperature stabilities make them more favorable for tunable devices. ⺠The re-orientation of nanopolar clusters plays an important role in them.
