Abstract
► High dielectric tunability and low loss were obtained in Pb[(Mg1/3Nb2/3)1−xZrx]O3. ► The high temperature stabilities make them more favorable for tunable devices. ► The re-orientation of nanopolar clusters plays an important role in them.
