Abstract
► Liquidus projection of ternary Se-Sn-Te system is constructed. ► It has seven primary solidification regions and three invariant reactions. ► A 250 °C Se-Sn-Te phase equilibria isothermal section is constructed. ► No ternary Se-Sn-Te compound is found. ► The solubility of Te in SnSe is 10 at%Te, while that of Se in SnTe is 4 at%Se.
