Abstract
⺠Liquidus projection of ternary Se-Sn-Te system is constructed. ⺠It has seven primary solidification regions and three invariant reactions. ⺠A 250 °C Se-Sn-Te phase equilibria isothermal section is constructed. ⺠No ternary Se-Sn-Te compound is found. ⺠The solubility of Te in SnSe is 10 at%Te, while that of Se in SnTe is 4 at%Se.
