Abstract
⺠W- and Mo-doped VO2(M) with a various doped contents were synthesized. ⺠The doped VO2(M) has a belt-like morphology. ⺠The Tc of doped VO2(M) can be simply tuned by changing the doping concentration. ⺠The doped VO2(M) has thermochromic characters and optical switching properties.
