Abstract
⺠Fabrication of Ca-doped (Sr0.6Ba0.4)4âxCaxNa2Nb10O30 (0 ⩽ x ⩽ 0.5) ceramics was reported. ⺠The effects of Ca-dopant content on various properties of the SBNN ceramics were revealed. ⺠Two dielectric anomalies were observed at 260 and â110 °C. ⺠The Ca-doped SBNN exhibited enhanced piezoelectric and pyroelectric performance.
