Abstract
⺠Pure monoclinic Nd2SiO5 ceramics were synthesized through nonstoichiometric effect. ⺠The Nd2SiO5 ceramics sintered at 1500 °C exhibited microwave dielectric properties. ⺠εr = 7.94, Q Ã f = 38800 GHz and Ïf = â53 ppm/°C. ⺠High resonant frequency led to a low dielectric constant and low Q Ã f value.
