Abstract
⺠The water atomized Fe87.5Si7Al5.5 (Wt.%) alloy was processed by ball-milling. ⺠The microstructure and magnetic properties of alloy changed following milling. ⺠The powders milled for 10 h have the largest Ms and strongest reflection loss. ⺠The permeability of the powders milled for 2 h is the largest. ⺠The charge exchange between Fe and Si is discussed base on first-principles.
