Abstract
⺠LiCoO2 thin film coated on glassy carbon substrate, acetylene black carbon powder and TiO2. ⺠LiCoO2 thin film consisted of nano-particle. ⺠Thinnest LiCoO2 film showed best high rate capability on glassy carbon. ⺠LiCoO2 coated on Denka Black showed a better high rate charge-discharge capability than that on Toka Black and TiO2.
