Abstract
⺠Difference in NiO films formed on Ni plate or glass substrate were found. ⺠NiO particle sizes on Ni plate changed from nano to micron dimensions. ⺠NiO particle sizes on glass substrate changed from â¼16 to â¼27 nm. ⺠Raman and UV/Vis/NIR spectra are related to the microstructure of NiO films.
