Abstract
												⺠Effect of microwave sintering on dielectric properties of CaCu3Ti4O12 was studied. ⺠Grain and grain boundary dipole relaxation time due to sintering were investigated. ⺠Beyond 1075 °C, dielectric properties degrade. ⺠Effect of frequency on conductivity is investigated.
