Abstract
⺠Uniform Eu3+:CeO2 hollow microspheres are fabricated via a mixed route. ⺠Many techniques are used to characterize the samples. ⺠A possible mechanism is given to explain the hollow structure. ⺠The hollow microspheres have potential applications in color display field.
