Abstract
⺠ZnO NPs are synthesized by thermal decomposition method with zinc acetate as a precursor. ⺠High reaction-time results in a significant reduction in PL intensity. ⺠In photoconductivity properties, high reaction time manifests in improved photosensitivity. ⺠Spectral analysis shows better photoresponse in UV region.
