Abstract
⺠Silicide arsenides and germanide arsenides of Ti, Zr, Hf are probed from first principles. ⺠Structural, elastic, electronic properties and stability trends are evaluated. ⺠Bulk moduli of HfCuSiAs and HfCuGeAs are the largest among all 1111-like phases. ⺠Chemical bonding is analyzed.
